George, she was very gracious and professional and told us how she understood since she had moved here 4 years ago from CA. With no pressure whatsoever, she would send us listings that matched our criteria on a regular basis and once we decided we were ready to move to St. George from CA, we met with Melissa and knew immediately that she was the agent for us. She is a top-notch professional real estate agent, with integrity, morals and was always honest and forthcoming with any information she knew about the area, builders, developments and communities. She made herself available to us while were were here for a limited number of days and dedicated herself to helping us find the right home. It took less than a week and we found our forever home with beautiful mountain views and pretty much everything on our must have list. She went above and beyond and we would highly recommend Melissa to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. She is a rock star!

My husband and I decided to "go shopping" for our retirement home. We are not from Utah but visit there often to see friends and family, from Southern UT past SLC. We had several areas that we wanted to look at (Virgin, Cedar, New Harmony, Kannaraville...). I checked out reviews and found Melissa @ Larkin. She was so helpful from the very beginning - even knowing we probably were not going to buy right away. She spent an entire day with us touring the Southern Utah areas and homes we had wanted to see. No pressure, just good information all day. As luck would have it, we found the home of our dreams that day and bought it a few days later. The purchase process in Utah is *fast* - three weeks! - and again, Melissa and her team walked us right through everything with no hiccups... we weren't even there to pick up the keys on closing day, and felt perfectly fine having Melissa do the final walk-thru for us and take the keys. It was a great experience from beginning to end. We can't say enough good things. Thank you, Melissa and Larkin Team!

We were able to use Melissa with our offer on another property. She kept us informed on everything we needed to do to meet all the deadlines for both selling and purchasing the properties. Melissa was always quick to respond when we contacted her about questions or concerns and worked hard to get answers for us in a timely manner. Melissa has a great personality and was easy to work with. I consider her a friend now, and would use her in the future if we need an agent again in the St.George area.
